As with all our meat, don’t overcook! (Please!)
We cook our pork roasts and hams from frozen. The magic formula is 275ºF for approximately 45 minutes per pound, using a meat thermometer to check desired doneness.
For the ham, be sure to put a liquid in the roaster with the meat. You can use apple cider, orange juice, water or whatever you like but a bit of liquid and not overcooking will avoid drying out while baking.
