Ordering
Note: All our pork products are sold frozen and need to be cooked prior to serving. We sell only *gluten free* products, including all of our artisan sausages. We use no additives or fillers.
Freezer Orders
Our freezer orders for half or whole come in two options:
1) butchered to order with no sausage or cured/smoked items @ $6.50/lb.
2) butchered to order with sausage and cured bacon, ham and hocks @ $7.50/lb.
Note: a whole pig would net approx. 150 lbs.
Sample Packs ($100.00)
For those of you who want to try a variety before ordering a freezer order, or whoever wants to order small quantities for smaller freezer space, we offer a sample package which contains:
1 smoked ham roast (approx 3 lbs.)
1 package smoked bacon (+ – 1 lb.)
2 packages lean ground pork (1 lb. each)
4 packages sausage (1 – 1-1/4 lb. each – 4 sausages) your choice of flavour, based on availability
4 butterfly loin chops (wrapped singly)

Maple and Farmer's Breakfast Sausages come 8 per pack. All other sausages come 4 per pack.

Butterfly Loin Chops, Bone-In Smoked (Cured) Ham, Boneless Ham Roast, $8.00/lb.
Bone-In Loin Roast, Bone-In Chops, $7.50/lb.
Lean Ground Pork, Smoked Pork Hocks, $6.50/lb.
Unsmoked Pork Hocks, $4.50/lb.
Pork Liver $2.50/lb.
Note:
Hams, Bacon, Smoked Weiners, Smoked Hocks are all cured & smoked naturally using only organic and natural spices.
Our Sausages are made with only natural casings, organic sea salt, organic and natural ingredients (our own garlic, locally sourced honey and maple syrup) organic and natural spices.
