Freezer Orders

All our freezer orders are a mixture of high quality roasts, steaks, stewing beef and ground beef.

1/8 – approx. 60 – 70 lbs. @ $5.95/lb.
1/4 – approx. 130 – 140 lbs. @ $5.75/lb.
1/2 – approx. 270 – 280 lbs. @ $5.50/lb.
1 whole – approx. 550 – 560 lbs. @ $5.20/lb.

Soup bones, heart, liver and oxtail available upon request.

For those of you who want to try a variety before ordering a full freezer order, we offer a sample pack which contains:

4 Steaks
4 lbs. Extra Lean Ground Beef (in 1 lb. packs)
1 lb. Stewing Beef
1 – 4-pack of our Signature Burgers or No Mix Burgers

Burgers

Choose from either our always popular "Signature" Burgers or our new "No Mix" Burgers. No Mix Burgers are single-ground all-beef burgers (*gluten free*).
